We are craftsmen in almost everything we do. We develop or adapt recipes, we test and perfect them, and when we are happy, we make those recipes in small batches, using the best ingredients, and constantly checking on quality. That is what makes us artisanal sausagemakers.
But we are craftsmen in other regards, too. We design and make our own labels, logos, and graphics. More importanly, we built this web site using a template. We are not experts in HTML or in web page design, but we like to learn by doing.
We would particularly like your help in making this web site better for you. Please tell us what you like and dislike about it, what things don't work well, and what content you'd like to see added or removed. Also, what kinds of photos and graphics help you understand our products better?
We hope that in a few months we can evolve from a simple online store to site at which people can exchange ideas about how to prepare and serve sausages, what they like best about sausages, and the kinds of sausages they'd like us to make for them.
